Our Women’s Self-Defense Program is a dedicated space for those who identify as women to build strength, confidence, and real-world self-defense skills in a supportive,

women-only environment.

 

Using a mixed martial arts approach, this program blends proven techniques with personal empowerment. Whether you're new to self-defense or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is about taking control of your safety and your strength.

 

You’ll train in:

  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

  • Kickboxing – Boost power, endurance, and self-confidence.

  • Submission Grappling – Learn control, escapes, and leverage-based defense.

  • W.U.R.D. – Weapon Use, Retention & Defense – For realistic, situational readiness.

  • Third-Party Defense – To protect yourself and others.

 

Class Schedule:
📅 Tuesday & Thursday: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM

 

Monthly Membership:

💰 Monthly Plan - Just $90/month and a one-time $50 Registration/Set-up Fee for our Fall Term.

Adult and Teen Program (14+)

Our Adult and Teen Program at KDC Martial Arts is designed for individuals ages 14 and up who are serious about learning practical, real-world
self-defense through a comprehensive mixed martial arts approach.
 
Whether you're new to martial arts or looking to take your skills to the next level, this program delivers dynamic training in:

  • Kickboxing – Improve striking, footwork, and conditioning.

  • Submission Grappling – Learn effective ground control and escapes.

  • W.U.R.D. – Weapon Use, Retention & Defense,

Kid's Program (6-13)

At KDC Martial Arts, our Kid's Program is designed for ages 6 to 13, focusing not only on physical skills but also on developing character and confidence. Every class begins and ends with our core values:

Senior's Program (55+)

Our Senior Membership Program at KDC Martial Arts is thoughtfully designed for adults ages 55 and up, using an age-appropriate, mixed martial arts approach to build self-defense skills, physical fitness, balance, and confidence.
 
This program offers a supportive and encouraging environment where seniors can train at their own pace while learning real-world techniques and
staying active.
