Our Adult and Teen Program at KDC Martial Arts is designed for individuals ages 14 and up who are serious about learning practical, real-world self-defense through a comprehensive mixed martial arts approach. Whether you're new to martial arts or looking to take your skills to the next level, this program delivers dynamic training in:

  • Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)

  • Kickboxing – Improve striking, footwork, and conditioning.

  • Submission Grappling – Learn effective ground control and escapes.

  • W.U.R.D. – Weapon Use, Retention & Defense,

  • Third-Party Defense - To protect yourself and others.

Class Schedule:
📅 Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM
📅 Saturday: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

💰 Monthly Plan - Just $110/month and a one-time $50 Registration/Set-up Fee for our Fall Term.

Our Senior Membership Program at KDC Martial Arts is thoughtfully designed for adults ages 55 and up, using an age-appropriate, mixed martial arts approach to build self-defense skills, physical fitness, balance, and confidence.
 
This program offers a supportive and encouraging environment where seniors can train at their own pace while learning real-world techniques and staying active.
