At KDC Martial Arts, we are committed to providing quality service and products. Please review our refund policy below, which applies to both membership charges and merchandise purchases made through our website or in person.

Membership Refunds

Monthly membership fees are non-refundable unless a wrongful charge has occurred.

If you believe you have been charged in error after properly canceling your membership in accordance with our cancellation policy, you may request a refund by providing written notification within 14 days of the charge.

Merchandise Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your KDC Martial Arts gear. However, for hygiene and quality reasons, we follow a strict policy for clothing and gear returns.

Eligible Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued only for items that are unworn, unused, and returned in original condition.

  • Returns must be received by KDC Martial Arts before a refund is processed.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or used are not eligible for refunds.

  • Customized or clearance items are also non-refundable, unless defective upon receipt.

How to Return an Item:

  2. Ship the item to:

  3. Include your original receipt or order confirmation.

 

Refunds for eligible items will be processed within 14 days of receiving the return.
