Our Senior's Self-Defense Course at KDC Martial Arts is thoughtfully designed for adults ages 55 and up, using an age-appropriate, mixed martial arts approach to build self-defense skills, physical fitness, balance, and confidence.
This program offers a supportive and encouraging environment where seniors can train at their own pace while learning real-world techniques and staying active.
Students will explore:

Kickboxing – Light-impact striking to improve coordination and cardiovascular health.

Submission Grappling – Gentle, controlled movements that enhance flexibility and body awareness.

Class Schedule:
📅 Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
