Service Description
You will learn the strategies for handling a variety of self-defense situations in a safe and friendly environment. The material is designed for ages 14 and up but all kids under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Parents are encouraged to join in and support their children during this free seminar. Dress comfortably and bring a water bottle.
