Membership Cancellation Policy

At KDC Martial Arts, we value our members and aim to provide clear, fair, and transparent membership terms. Please review the following policy regarding membership cancellations.
Recurring Membership Charges
All memberships at KDC Martial Arts are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Charges are automatically processed each month using the payment method on file unless the membership is canceled in accordance with the policy outlined below.
Cancellation Requirements
To cancel your membership, written notice must be received at least 14 days before your next scheduled billing date. This allows us to process your cancellation in time and avoid further charges.
Acceptable Forms of Cancellation Notice

In Person: You may also cancel by visiting our facility and completing a cancellation form with a staff member.
Refunds for Charges After Cancellation
If you are charged after we have received and acknowledged your cancellation request in accordance with this policy, please notify us. Once verified, a full refund of the unintended charge will be issued within 14 days of your notification.
Important Notes

Verbal cancellations (e.g., phone calls or informal conversation) are not valid.

Your cancellation is only effective once confirmed by KDC Martial Arts via email.

We recommend keeping a copy of your cancellation email or dated letter for your records.
